Drawn to Being Wellness is where creative expression and embodied healing meet. As an expressive arts therapist, breathwork and sound meditation practitioner, and educator of 20 years, I help teens, adults, and seniors reconnect with themselves through gentle, process‑based exploration. My sessions offer an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space—online or in person—to support clarity, calm, and meaningful personal growth.

Breathwork
Rhythmic breathing and intentional breath holds that calm the nervous system, release tension, and awaken inner clarity. This breathwork practice blends ancient techniques with modern understanding to support grounding, emotional balance, and renewed vitality.
Sound Meditation
Immersive vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls that soothe the body, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest. Sound meditation encourages mindfulness, emotional release, and a sense of calm that supports overall well‑being and inner balance.
Workshops
Community‑focused theatre and expressive arts workshops that spark imagination, strengthen connection, and nurture creative confidence. These collaborative experiences support communication, belonging, and shared storytelling within schools, organizations, and community groups.
